Highly recommended! It's the perfect place to relax while exploring Madrid. The location is incredible; you can walk everywhere. I already know where I'll be staying when I return. The rooms are modern and well-maintained with air conditioning, and the staff is attentive and friendly. Access is super easy and convenient. Thanks for everything, see you soon!

The room is spacious and comfortable. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated. The hotel is located on the 5th floor of a building and only offers lodging. The app for opening and closing the doors is a great feature. We traveled with our dog (there's an additional nightly fee for her), and they didn't give us any trouble. Regarding cleaning, there was one day when they only straightened the bed sheets a little but didn't clean the bathroom or the room; perhaps this could be improved. They were very responsive via WhatsApp whenever we had any questions. Thank you, Regards.

The hotel is very good: it’s clean and has an excellent location right in the city center. The only thing we weren’t completely satisfied with was the mattress, which we found a bit uncomfortable. Both my friend and I woke up with back pain in the mornings. Also, the reception is closed from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. This makes luggage storage a bit inconvenient, as the service is only available until 2:00 p.m. It’s something worth keeping in mind. The doors and room are accessed using your mobile phone, and the system is very simple and intuitive to use.

The hotel is extremely quiet, and no street noise could be heard at all. Everything is within easy reach. The best feature is the door access system: using a mobile app, you can unlock the building entrance, the hotel, and your room. If you're looking for something simple, peaceful, and hassle-free, it's perfect.
