Excellent location! The room was clean and simple, and the service was very good. The room could be improved by adding a safe, a drinking glass, and a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. However, it still met my expectations and provided a satisfactory stay.

Totally satisfied with my stay at this wonderful hotel. It only has two stars, but I have stayed in some three-star hotels that do not deserve them. This hotel, however, could easily pass for a three-star property. The room, although modest, has everything needed for a comfortable and restful stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. If I return to Madrid, I will definitely keep this hotel in mind and would gladly recommend it. The location is unbeatable.

It has a very good location, as it is within walking distance of almost everything and also close to the metro. The service was excellent, and there is a restaurant right next door where you can have breakfast at a reasonable price. The only thing I did not like as much was that noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms could be heard. However, I was so tired that I still managed to sleep well. Without a doubt, I would stay here again.
