FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY

- HIGH SEASON (July, August and September + Carnival periods, Easter Week and Christmas): cancellations are not permitted, with the full amount charged regardless of the arrival date.

- LOW SEASON (rest of the year): free cancellations up to 5 days prior to the arrival date.

My family and I spent an amazing few days relaxing at the hotel. We didn't want to leave. The service is personalized and special, the facilities are very welcoming, and you feel right at home. The food is delicious and there are plenty of options. It's very close to Playa El Agua, within walking distance. 100% recommended. We would definitely return.

Right next to the best beach on Margarita Island, this is a lovely little hotel: rural, peaceful, welcoming, clean, and with excellent service. What more could you ask for? Oh, and it has a swimming pool too! It's not ultra-luxurious, but it doesn't try to be, nor does it pretend to be. And of course, it doesn't come with a luxury price tag either. It offers the best value for money I have seen.
